People ask about franchising most weeks, so here’s where we stand.

Every Cups of Pasta is run by us. We cook the sauces, we hire the staff, we’re in the shops. That’s how the cup has stayed $10 and tasted the same everywhere it’s sold, and we’re not in a hurry to change it.

We are not selling franchises.

There’s no program, no fee schedule, no territories. If someone tells you otherwise, it isn’t us.

That said, we’d be silly to lose track of the people who keep asking. If we ever open this up, we’ll start with the list below — no pitch, no follow-up sequence, no obligation on either side. You’ll hear from us if and when there’s something real to say, and quite possibly never.

Really. Every shop is family run. There is no franchise program and nothing is for sale.

There is no answer to give, because there is nothing being sold. Anyone quoting you a number for a Cups of Pasta franchise is not us.

Maybe, maybe not. We are not planning it. If it happens, the people on this list hear first.

Marry into the family. That is the only franchise agreement we are currently offering, and the approval process is significantly harder than the one you were hoping for.

Use the form and say so. We read them, and we are always curious about a good corner.
