How It Started
We opened on Queens Boulevard in Sunnyside in October 2025 with one idea: real pasta should be something you grab on a Tuesday without thinking about it. No sit-down wait, no reservation — just a cup, cooked and sauced while you watch.
People filmed it, the line got longer, and we kept the price where it started. We opened Astoria next, then the East Village and Greenwich Village. Four shops later, across Queens and Manhattan, the cup is still ten bucks.
